All sales are final
Each product is made to order based on your selected specifications. As such, all sales are final once payment is processed by us, and returns are not accepted.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@folioandfilament.nz within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we will have started to make your item, and orders cannot be cancelled after this point.
Damaged or defective items
We take great care in ensuring your product arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage and will work with you and our shipping provider to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement part or product at our discretion.
