OVERVIEW
Folio & Filament designs and sells custom-made 3D printed homewares, gaming tables, and accessories. These terms govern your use of our website and services and apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All products are made-to-order based on customer specifications. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed and confirmed all product specifications.
- You understand that all sales are final (see our Return & Refund Policy).
- Small variations and minor imperfections such as layer lines may occur due to the nature of 3D printing and handcrafted finishing. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the product’s functionality or durability.
- Colours may vary depending on lighting and screen settings.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in NZD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing or product information.
LEAD TIMES AND SHIPPING
All Folio & Filament products are custom made to order. Our current production lead time for gaming tables is up to 8 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on the size of product ordered. For lamps and small accessories, our current production lead time is up to 2 weeks. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using your selected shipping method at checkout.
Our primary shipping provider is New Zealand Post and all packages sent with NZ Post will be sent via tracked overnight courier (overnight from when they are shipped, not when you place your order: see Lead Times and Shipping above) and signature required. However, because the products we sell are quite bulky, this can end up an expensive way to ship, particularly for our friends in the North Island. Because of this, we also offer shipping with Pass The Parcel throughout New Zealand for orders under $500 only. Orders sent with Pass The Parcel will also be tracked, but will not be signature required. You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.
Please note that timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to production volume, material availability, or carrier delays. Folio & Filament is not responsible for delays once items have been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@folioandfilament.nz within 7 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date). We may request photos of the packaging and item to assist with insurance claims or replacements.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including product designs, images, branding, and written content, is the property of Folio & Filament and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Folio & Filament is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
